GENERAL INFORMATION

One of the most critical parts in the plant is Pressure Safety Relief Valves. To prevent these parts very important for Environmental Health and Safety.

Additionally, very important for Reliability, Availability and Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of the Plant. Technical Inspection of pressure vessels and its accessories safety valves, relief valves must be applied annually per local regulations and Local & International Standards.

PSV ON-LINE TEST SYSTEM

On-line test System is approved by Industrial Insurance Companies, International HSE Authorities, ASME, National Board, Lloyds Register, TUV and Hartford Boiler & ASME Authorized Inspectors.

WORKING PRINCIPLE FOR ON-LINE TEST SYSTEM

A force is applied to the safety valve spindle to overcome the spring tension of the safety valve. This is achieved by using a hydraulic power pack linked to an electronic force transducer. A computer is then used to measure the force applied. By combining this data with the information about the safety valve seat and line pressure of the safety valve it is possible to access the safety valve set pressure.

Portable computer-operated online safety valve test unit to test installed spring-loaded, proportional and full lift safety (relief) valves. The system allows testing of the safety valve, relief valve without taking the safety valve from the installation.

On-line test System could be applied for Steam, Air, Water Process Safety / Relief Valves.

This system only applied to spring system torsion spindles designed Safety / Relief Valves.

Our equipment calibrated and certified by the Turkak-Accredited Traceability Laboratory according to the International Standards.
